Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name or case number entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not retain or log those search terms on our own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
We retain an email or contact message as needed to answer it. Messages remain within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our servers automatically receive basic technical information when a page loads, including:
- The IP address assigned to your device
- Which browser you are using and its version
- Your device type and operating system
- The pages you visited and how long you stayed on each
- The site that sent you here, if any
- Timestamps for each page view
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files saved on a device. They and analytics services help aggregate traffic patterns, such as popular pages and points where visits end. A browser can block cookies, although doing so may change how parts of the site function.
What We Do With This Data
- Keeping the site up, running, and loading quickly
- Sending your search requests to the right partner service
- Figuring out which pages people find useful and which need work
- Tracking down and fixing technical issues
- Showing ads that may line up with your interests
No Court-Record Data on File
We do not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of court dockets or personal case records. The site identifies where Reagan County records may be requested from Tammy Hodge's combined clerk office, the 112th District Court, lower courts, and statewide systems. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party case profiles.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes. Information submitted there is governed by the provider's privacy policy rather than this policy. Each provider controls its retention and disclosure practices, so review those terms before entering a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Reagan County offices, the 112th District Court, Texas court systems, legal resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination's privacy terms apply. Review them before sharing personal information.
Some advertising providers may track activity across sites to select ads. That activity takes place through their systems.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. Limited information may be received by:
- Search partners that handle queries you run on our site
- Analytics services we use to track traffic and performance
- Ad networks that place ads on our pages
- Law enforcement or government bodies when a valid legal order requires it
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable security practices are used to protect collected data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so we cannot promise that a breach will never occur.
Users Under 18
The service is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If information from a minor is identified, contact us so it can be deleted.
Your Data Rights
Applicable Texas and federal privacy or consumer-protection law may provide additional rights. Texas Rule of Judicial Administration 12 and the Texas Public Information Act concern access to official government or judicial records; they do not convert visitor analytics held here into Reagan County court records. At a minimum, you may:
- Ask for a copy of what we have on file about you
- Have us fix information that is wrong
- Request that we erase your data
- Opt out of certain kinds of data processing
Updates to This Policy
